Eqyptian Room

Planet Hollywood Bali is located at By Pass Ngurah Rai Street, Kuta Bali. I’ve been working here since October, 2003. At the first time entering Planet Hollywood Bali, I was surprised by the design of all thematic venues. One of them is The Egyptian room. It brought me to another part of the world because there is a giant King Ramses statue, lots of torches and the replica of artifacts.

Silent Night... Holly Night...
It was not only at night, during 24 hours Bali was in silence and darkness...
March 19th, 2007 was The Hindus' New Year (Caka 1929).

No activity, no fire, no voices...
It was very unique and the sacred atmosphere strongly felt.
For Balinese people it was the time for pray, self introspection and meditation.
